This elite distinction is presented to a Choice Hotels franchisee for providing outstanding service to guests. Additionally, awardees are recognized for excellent property performance, commitment to the guest experience and their overall success.

Businesses must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, volume of reviews.
